FAQs

  • Do you train absolute beginners?
    Yes. I train people at all levels.

  • Do I need my own equipment?

  • No. I provide all the equipment necessary for home gym training. All I'd ask you to bring is a drink, towel and your music!
     

  • Can I bring a friend?
    All sessions are one-to-one, but open to discussing individual needs.

     

  • How can I book?
    Fill out the Contact form at the bottom of the page to find out when I'm available.

  • Do you do home visits?
    Yes! As a mobile PT I train people all over Northamptonshire, including home visits and outdoors.

     

  • Can I block book?
    Yes, there is the option available to book packages of sessions at a discount. However, I'm open to discussing individual needs.

     

  • Can you give me nutrition advice?
    I can! As your PT I'll monitor your nutrition throughout the week to make sure we're moving in the right direction, and give you advice as and when it's needed.

     
  • Is it just weight training that's available?
    Not at all! Cardio, body weight, flexibility/mobility training are all available too.

     
  • Can I bring my own music?
    Yes you're encouraged to!

  • In general, what days/times are best to book a session?
       My working hours are from 10am-9pm Sunday to Friday. However to find out             what my availability is week to week, please get in touch by completing the                 Contact form below!
