Do you train absolute beginners?
Yes. I train people at all levels.

Do I need my own equipment?

No. I provide all the equipment necessary for home gym training. All I'd ask you to bring is a drink, towel and your music!

Can I bring a friend?
All sessions are one-to-one, but open to discussing individual needs.

How can I book?

Do you do home visits?
Yes! As a mobile PT I train people all over Northamptonshire, including home visits and outdoors.

Can I block book?
Yes, there is the option available to book packages of sessions at a discount. However, I'm open to discussing individual needs.

Can you give me nutrition advice?
I can! As your PT I'll monitor your nutrition throughout the week to make sure we're moving in the right direction, and give you advice as and when it's needed.

Is it just weight training that's available?
Not at all! Cardio, body weight, flexibility/mobility training are all available too.

Can I bring my own music?
Yes you're encouraged to!

In general, what days/times are best to book a session?
My working hours are from 10am-9pm Sunday to Friday. However to find out what my availability is week to week, please get in touch by completing the Contact form below!
